Cancellation Policy

Weekend/Long Weekend Trips:
- No refund is provided for the initial booking amount.
- Cancellations made 7 days before the trip start date will incur a 50% fee.
- Cancellations made 3 days before the trip start date will incur a 75% fee.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of the trip start date will incur a 100% fee.
- No refund is provided for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or government restrictions.

Backpacking Trips (e.g., Himachal, Kerala, Goa):
- No refund is provided for the initial booking amount.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before the trip departure date will incur a 50% fee.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date will incur a 100% fee.
- If full payment is not received 7 days before departure, the booking will be canceled without a refund.

General Policies

- Valid ID proof is required at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted.
- Tripziii reserves the right to take action against inappropriate behavior by guests.
- Guests are liable for any damages caused to property, except for normal wear and tear.
- Policies may vary based on the specific trip and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Tripziii is not liable for changes or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government actions.
